YUAYUA ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.
1. Personal Information
YUAYUA does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, precise location, contacts, or photos. We do not require users to create a YUAYUA account or provide personal information in order to use the app.
2. Game Center
YUAYUA supports Apple Game Center features, including leaderboards. When you use Game Center, certain information may be processed by Apple, including your Game Center player information, game activity, and scores. Game Center is operated by Apple, and information processed through Game Center is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies. YUAYUA does not operate its own server to collect or store your Game Center account information, player identifiers, or leaderboard data.
3. Game and Usage Data
YUAYUA does not collect or store your gameplay or usage data on servers operated by us. When Game Center features are used, certain game-related information, such as leaderboard scores, may be transmitted to and processed by Apple Game Center.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
Game progress, settings, best records, and other game-related information may be stored locally on your device. Locally stored information is used to provide app functionality and is not transmitted to servers operated by YUAYUA. Deleting the app may also delete locally stored game data.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
YUAYUA does not currently use third-party advertising services, analytics services, or user-tracking technologies. We do not use your information for advertising or tracking purposes. If these practices change in a future version of the app, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information as appropriate.
6. Sharing of Information
YUAYUA does not sell users' personal information. We do not provide or share personal information collected by YUAYUA with third parties because YUAYUA does not directly collect such personal information. Information processed through Apple Game Center is handled by Apple according to Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms.
7. Children's Privacy
YUAYUA does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require users, including children, to provide personal information directly to YUAYUA. Apple Game Center features, when used, are provided and managed by Apple.
8. Data Security
Because YUAYUA does not operate a server that collects or stores users' personal information, we do not maintain a database containing such personal information. Game Center information is processed through Apple's services and is subject to Apple's security and privacy practices.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary due to changes in the app, applicable laws, or services used by the app. Any changes will become effective when the updated Privacy Policy is published.
